Hitman: Blood Money Screenshots

Eidos releases some rather intimidating shots of the Hitman himself.

Eidos has sent along a pack of screenshots showing off the 4th edition to their very popular 3rd person stealth shooter title, Hitman: Blood Money. (review) Much like its predecessors, Hitman: Blood Money will take the player into the dark underworld of international assassins where the player's character, Mr. 47 will have to go into the most dangerous parts of organized crime and terrorist organizations to make the perfect kill.

Players can make the "hit" however they like, but as with previous Hitman titles, the less collateral damage, the more impressive the Hitman's job is. Taking this concept to the next level, the developer IO Interactive have built in a dynamic system whereby Hitman's notoriety will affect the player's stealth and professionalism through the game. Apart from the fame in the underworld, bonuses and larger payments can be expected for players who are particularly steathly on sensitive missions. Use the funds you accumulate from your impressive professionalism to purchase custom built weapon parts that increase precision and effectiveness and reflect the player's preferred playing style.

Here's some additional features:

• The world of the assassin has never been so interactive or looked so good. Living, breathing locations based upon real word environments and scenarios create a multitude of assassination possibilities, potential challenges and re-playable scenarios. Whilst never before seen levels of detail; including next-generation technical effects add even more realism to the game.
